It is extremely easy to use, yet still effective for program staff, including those with limited experience using operations management software. The platform feels clean and inviting (e.g., color coding, resident pictures, and lots of white space), and overall it has a very modern look and feel. There is also an AI search feature that helps pull specific data points quickly. They continue to add new features and refine the platform, which I appreciate. I also found the data dashboards, tag system, and billing features especially helpful. Set up and onboarding was a breeze as this is truly designed for sober living operations only. Forms are customizable with condition logic. Setting it up for your organization is also very straightforward for those who have little experience with these types of platforms.
