After a helacious experience with all the other competitors in the industry (Plaid, Yodlee, Akoya, etc), it feels incredible to work with Snaptrade. We've used them for the last three months, and it's a night and day difference. It just "works" like it's supposed to. All the other integrators out there would work temporarily, but then the integrations would break. Which, unfortunatley, would reflect poorly on us and our tooling, even though it was Plaid's fault (or similar). SnapTrade has yet to let us down. Our customer support tickets have quite literally dropped in half post-integration. It's a dream come true.
