Upload a PDF or image of each floor plan and tap the drawing to pin a snag exactly where it is. Add photos with mark-ups, a priority, a due date and a checklist, then assign it. The trade is notified and sees only their own snags in a free portal, where they update progress and add photos of the finished fix. Your client gets their own free portal to follow progress live, comment, accept or reject fixes and sign the project off. When both sides have signed, SnagDoc issues a completion certificate, and a branded PDF report with your logo, the plans and every snag’s status is ready to send in one click.
