SMTPCart is a managed SMTP relay service for businesses whose transactional and business email has to reach the inbox. Instead of running your own mail servers or wrestling with a self-serve email API, you connect your existing tools (WordPress, WooCommerce, CRMs, booking, billing and help desk software, or any app that sends over SMTP) using SMTPCart credentials, and the SMTPCart team handles the infrastructure behind it.
Every account includes SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication setup, TLS encryption, an isolated sending reputation and daily monitoring of bounces, complaints and blocklists. Growing senders get separate transactional and marketing streams, dedicated IPs once volume supports them, and a managed IP and domain warm-up. High-volume and multi-brand organizations get dedicated IPs, domains and routing paths, per-domain delivery reporting, sub-account isolation, capacity planning and contracted service levels with a DPA.
SMTPCart also runs phased migrations from existing providers, keeping both systems in parallel until each mail stream is proven. Plans scale from Essentials (up to 50K emails/month) through Growth, Dedicated (1M+) and Enterprise, priced by quote after a short assessment with no hidden overage fees. Typical customers include online shops, clinics and service businesses, B2B and professional services firms, SaaS products, agencies, resellers and hosting providers.
