I work in Customer Success Operations, and Smodin has been really helpful with a lot of the writing I do. I use it when I need to clean up internal docs, rewrite support guides, or just make something sound clearer before it goes out to customers or the team. It’s especially useful when I’m short on time or just stuck on how to phrase something. I also like using it to double-check tone or simplify technical explanations for broader audiences. It’s not something I expected to use this often, but it’s made parts of my workflow a lot easier. Definitely worth trying if your job involves a lot of content or communication work.

The platform is continuously improving, with new features being added regularly! Still really streamlined and easy to use, and a must-have for content creators.

Smodin, as I said in the title, gets the job done. It WORKS - but most of the tools aren't perfect, and there are a LOT of tools, from plagiarism checkers to math solvers to text rewriters. It's simple to set up from a few clicks and intuitive. I rarely use the tools it offers - maybe one or two times a week (I don't really need much AI-related products) but it's good when I do. I've never even encountered an issue with customer support :3
