What stands out about Decodo (formerly Smartproxy) is the absolute stability of their residential proxy network. In my role at NexGen Insights, I manage high-concurrency scraping tasks where even a 5% failure rate can compromise our data models. Decodo consistently delivers a 99% success rate with impressively low latency (<0.6s). The dashboard is clean and technical enough for deep configuration, yet intuitive for quick setups. I particularly value the Sticky Session options (up to 24 hours) and the SOCKS5 support, which give us the flexibility needed for complex, multi-layered data harvesting without getting flagged by anti-bot systems.

As a Senior Growth Marketer, I need to see exactly what our global audiences see. Smartproxy’s massive residential proxy pool is an absolute game-changer for our ad verification processes. The high success rate of their IPs ensures that our automated scripts for tracking competitor ad copy and landing pages never get blocked or flagged. I especially love the 'Proxy Address Generator' and the Chrome Extension—they make it incredibly easy for my team to switch between different geo-locations instantly without complex technical configurations. Their dashboard is clean, fast, and provides real-time data usage tracking which helps us manage our budgets effectively

The most impressive feature of Smartproxy is the sheer size and reliability of its residential proxy pool. As a data analyst, I deal with large-scale web scraping projects where IP rotation and geofencing are major hurdles. Smartproxy’s dashboard is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to set up sub-users and track traffic usage. Their "Fastest Response Time" actually lives up to the name—we’ve noticed significantly lower latency compared to other providers we’ve tested. Plus, the 24/7 technical support is top-notch; they always provide technical solutions rather than just generic replies.
