SmartFarmerTech is a digital field register for farms in Romania. The field register is written when you finish the work: you close a work once, and the farmer register, the warehouse and the cost per hectare update together. When an inspector asks, you print the register or export it to CSV.
It is built for Romanian farms: APIA block and parcel IDs on the map, Stereo 70 (EPSG:3844) coordinates from ANCPI extracts, ANFDF homologation, dose and PHI for every treatment, and organic nitrogen tracked from works against the 170 kg N/ha ceiling. Parcels import from GeoJSON, KML, Shapefile or ISOXML (TASKDATA). The APIA dossier checks completeness on blocks and exports the data for control, without filing in IACS: you remain the declarant. SmartFarmerTech is not the official ANF platform.
Parcel-level vigor (NDVI) and canopy moisture (NDMI) from Copernicus Sentinel-2 flag relative drops as signals to check. It is not a diagnosis: verify on the ground.
