Smartcat is a complete platform, it has basically everything that a language professional may need: an integrated CAT Tool, a marketplace, productivity resources, and it's also a way to receive payments from external clients. The CAT Tool may not seem as fancy and detailed as other standalone tools, but still it's great to use. I also love the productivity resources. Smartcat's paid OCR feature sometimes is way better than Trados', for example. The customer support also never let me down (just once and as soon as I pointed out, they made it better).
