SMART Solutions (Smart Solutions Bristol Ltd) builds reporting and workflow software for UK building services and engineering contractors. Its main product, SMART - TR19 Grease reporting, lets kitchen extract cleaning firms record grease readings and photographs on the engineer's phone, then send a branded post-clean report and certificate, with a draft invoice raised in Xero. Each customer firm gets its own private database, never shared with another firm. Founded in Bristol in 2025 by an engineer with more than 15 years in engineering.
