Buzz Medical Messenger enhances healthcare coordination with its ability to streamline workflows. The Concierge group provides excellent support, making it easy to get assistance when needed. Especially given the frequency at which it is used. The team is highly responsive to suggestions, ensuring continuous improvement of the app. Additionally, the app’s commitment to HIPAA compliance and privacy gives me confidence in discussing sensitive healthcare information securely

Easy to use app that goes well beyond the secure chat for MDs

|Buzz Medical Messenger
I was introduced to Buzz since its early days. As a doctor, I’ve seen firsthand how fellows and residents sending texts can create potential HIPAA risks. That’s why I appreciate Buzz so much—it provides a secure way to communicate without worrying about compliance issues. One of the biggest benefits has been discovering the ability to invite other providers, making collaboration seamless. Sending Buzz video requests to patients and including family members when working remotely has also been incredibly helpful. For physicians they also allow us to get the Buzz phone with a unique number to enable us to give to patients while being on call to avoid having give my cell phone number. Finally, when our providers need help, the Buzz Concierge is always quick to respond, making the service truly stand out. Overall - Buzz has been efficient and secure.
