SkipDeck is skip hire software for UK skip firms. One record per job runs from the booking to the invoice, so nothing is typed twice: bookings with prices by skip size and distance, a dispatch board with a lane for each lorry, the run on the driver's phone, the weighbridge, Defra waste receipts, transfer notes, job tickets and invoicing with a Xero export. Every skip out is on one record, where it is, what size, who has it and when it is due, so overdue skips become a chase list and the yard count is always right. It was built by a skip hire operator, not a software house: nine years running a firm in Coventry, and nothing on the market that suited the way the work actually goes.
