Sketchplay runs the business side of youth sports on one platform, off one roster. Registration and payment happen in one flow on your own site, with waivers, payment plans, caps and waitlists; the roster builds itself and money lands in your own Stripe account. The AI Scheduler takes courts or fields, teams and rules and returns a conflict-free schedule for a season or a tournament weekend, then re-solves in seconds when something changes and notifies every family. Tournament operators get registration by division, live scores entered at the court, standings and brackets that move on their own, and online tickets scanned at the gate with any phone. Camps, clinics and training run on session packs. Communication goes out as text, email, push and in-app from the same roster. Every plan includes a branded website and app. Flat monthly pricing by organization size ($99, $149, $199), no per-team fees. Used by clubs, leagues, tournament operators and training programs.
