SiteAssay is a prospecting and website audit platform for agencies and freelancers who sell web design, SEO, security or IT maintenance to local businesses. It finds businesses worth pitching, measures their web presence against published standards, and turns the findings into a white-label report a business owner can read.
Finding prospects. A search is a trade and a city. SiteAssay returns the local businesses from the Google Places API, separates those with no website from those whose website has problems, and scores each one from its public listing so the agency can choose which to audit. Searches can be scheduled, and the Local Grid shows where a business ranks on the map around its own address.
The audit. 48 adapters check 252 signals across 11 scored categories: performance and Core Web Vitals, security headers, TLS and exposed files, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), SEO, AI visibility and AI trust, conversion readiness, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, technology and JavaScript library vulnerabilities, reputation, and the Google Business Profile. Scoring weights follow the agency's service line, so a web design studio and a security consultancy get different rankings from the same audit.
The report. 18 sections and a letter grade, and for each finding the measurement, the standard, why it matters, what it plausibly costs the business and how to fix it, with copy-ready DNS, nginx and schema snippets. Each finding is labelled High or Medium confidence, and a check that could not run is shown as Not measured rather than counted as a pass. Reports are shared as a link and a PDF, carry the agency's name and logo from the Pro plan, and can be re-run on a schedule to show what changed.
Outreach. SiteAssay drafts a first email from the audit's findings. A person approves every message, and it sends from the agency's own mailbox with a one-click unsubscribe and a daily limit.
Plans start at $29 a month, or $23 a month billed annually, with a 7-day free trial and no card. A single report costs $19 without a subscription. The Agency plan adds a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server.
