Matrix is the manufacturing ERP built by Sispyme, a Spanish software company making business management systems since 1983. Modular ERP and MRP software covering inventory, material requirements planning, bills of materials, production orders, quality control and cost tracking in one system. Goods receipts are checked against the purchase order, not the delivery note. Quality control is recorded on goods-in and during the process. Material planning calculates what to buy and when, from what has to be manufactured. Production orders are launched, monitored and closed, and one screen shows the shop floor. The real cost is known per production order: material, labour and scrap are recorded in the same place. Stock falls, because purchasing follows real demand, and every batch is traceable. Sispyme does the whole chain in-house: consultancy, development, implementation, training and support. IBM Business Partner and certified Velneo company.
Sispyme has been building business management software for small and medium companies since 1983. The whole chain is done in-house: consultancy, analysis, development, implementation, training, support and the hardware when it is needed. Two platforms have coexisted for decades. On IBM i -System/34, System/36, System/38, AS/400, iSeries and today IBM i on Power- Sispyme maintains, administers and evolves systems that have been in production for years, for companies that need continuity without giving up modernisation. On Velneo it develops industry-specific ERPs and management applications for Windows and Linux. The catalogue covers ERP for transport and logistics, manufacturing -Matrix-, engineering and construction, plus accounting, document management, payroll, CRM and electronic veterinary prescription. Projects do not start from scratch: they start from a product already working in companies of the same sector and are adjusted to how each client works, in phases, beginning where it hurts most. IBM Business Partner and certified Velneo company. Based in Pola de Siero, Asturias, working across Spain.
