Matrix is the manufacturing ERP built by Sispyme, a Spanish software company making business management systems since 1983.
Modular ERP and MRP software covering inventory, material requirements planning, bills of materials, production orders, quality control and cost tracking in one system. Goods receipts are checked against the purchase order, not the delivery note. Quality control is recorded on goods-in and during the process. Material planning calculates what to buy and when, from what has to be manufactured. Production orders are launched, monitored and closed, and one screen shows the shop floor.
The real cost is known per production order: material, labour and scrap are recorded in the same place. Stock falls, because purchasing follows real demand, and every batch is traceable.
