Staffholm is for employers who get more applications than anyone has time to read.
The employer pastes a job advert and gets a careers page link. Each applicant uploads a CV once and answers about ten questions on what the CV does not say. Staffholm then puts the applicants in a reading order, and every score quotes the candidate's own CV or answer as its reason.
It never rejects anybody. It produces a reading order and a person decides. One CV is also checked against every open job at the company, so somebody who applied for the wrong role is not lost.
It works the same way for a company with one open job and for a staffing agency that hires all year. Open to employers in any country, in English and Estonian.
When the advert states the pay, every interview invitation repeats it. In Estonia that has been the law since July 2026: an employer must tell a candidate the pay before the interview.
