SiniSlot is a free booking, ordering and payment system built for Malaysian small businesses that sell through WhatsApp. A business shares one link, and customers book or order without installing an app or creating an account. It works for four kinds of business: - Appointments: salons, clinics, car washes, spas, tuition and classes, with staff capacity, booking questions and WhatsApp reminders. - Food orders: home kitchens, cafés and caterers, with daily stock, kitchen capacity, pickup or delivery, and pay online or at pickup. - Stays: homestays, chalets and guest houses, with every night of the stay checked so a unit is never sold twice. - Products: online sellers, with a courier price for each address, drop-off couriers, tracking, and payment released when the parcel is delivered. Customers pay with FPX online banking through Billplz, and the money is paid into the business's own bank account. SiniSlot also includes LHDN MyInvois E-Invoice tools, staff accounts and analytics, in English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia and Simplified Chinese. SiniSlot is free to use with every feature. It charges RM0.50 per online payment and RM0.50 per payout, plus Billplz fees at cost.
