The automated responses are helpful in using predefined templates and auto-responses to handle common questions quickly. You can also understand the mood of interations with the sentiment analysis and tag them as positive, neutral, or negative. Overall, the platform has helped us to improve our social media strategy and build stronger customer relationships.
