simpleAMS is an insurance agency management system built for independent insurance agents, agencies, and IMOs. It offers two deployment models to serve different operational needs.
For independent agents and managers, simpleAMS provides a self-serve multi-tenant subscription platform with two tiers — Agent and Manager — giving individual agents the tools to manage their book of business and enabling managers to oversee agent hierarchies and production.
For independent agencies and IMOs, simpleAMS provides dedicated single-tenant installations configured to each organization's structure and workflows, with isolated infrastructure and direct developer support.
Core capabilities across both models include client and policy tracking, lead management, carrier and appointment management, document management, calendar and appointment scheduling, custom reporting and data export, role-based access control, two-factor authentication, and comprehensive audit logging. An optional inbound and outbound SMS and email Lead Outreach add-on is available for both deployment models.
