SignalWire Transformed Our Customer Support with Smart Routing and Video Links

We recently started using SignalWire which has transformed our customer service experience. They dial our customer support number, select the option, it routs the call accordingly. If we feel the need to go on a video call, we simply send a link to the client via email. Client joins the link and start the call.
