Sigbot turns the email signatures in your team's Outlook into one shared contact list. Every client, supplier, subcontractor and consultant who has emailed you left their current name, job title, company and phone numbers at the bottom of that email. Sigbot reads them and files each person as a contact, so nobody has to type one in again.
Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365 and run the first scan. Sigbot only asks to read mail, never to send it. After the first scan it checks each mailbox for new mail by itself: daily on paid plans, weekly on Free. Newsletters and no-reply mail go to a review queue instead of into your list, merges can be undone, and bounced addresses are flagged and left out of exports. Nothing is deleted automatically.
The list goes where you work. Share a folder with your team so everyone works from the same list. The iPhone and Android apps add your Sigbot contacts to the phone's own address book and keep them up to date, so calls show a name and company instead of a number. A map shows every contact with an address, with a radius search around any site to find who's nearby. The whole list exports to Excel or CSV.
Sigbot started with construction teams, with a built-in Trade field (UK trade packages or Canadian MasterFormat) and lists by trade and area, and it suits any team whose contacts arrive by email.
Sigbot's Outlook app is publisher-verified by Microsoft. The Enterprise plan adds single sign-on (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, SAML), SCIM user provisioning, a year of audit log with CSV export and a read-only API. SIGBOT LTD is a UK company registered with the ICO, and data is stored in the EU. There's a Free plan with no card needed.
