Started to use ShoutOut to collate and produce video reviews to use on our social channels. Its intuitive user interface allows us to send an invitation via email to multiple people, and all they have to do is click on the link and leave a 30 second video review. ShoutOut then cleverly edits the production, adding our company branding at the beginning and the end of the video, making it ready for us to upload in the correct format to social media. Saving many hours of post-production and streamlining the entire video review workflow.

I love that ShoutOut feels designed for the lay-person end user, not a video production professional. Nothing is hard to do in the app. It truly is one of the secret weapons in our marketing toolkit. The back end is easy to navigate and the features you need are all there, plus lots of features you want. The flow for setting up a video template has a "wizard" that leads you through creation end to end. I personally love selecting the background music from the vast in-app library, and designing the video intros and outros. Basically, I love that ShoutOut makes me feel like I'm creating something that looks professional, even when I'm not a skilled video person. The customer experience is equally fine tuned. Share a link, customer records, video is social/marketing/sales ready in less than a minute.

One of the most helpful things they offer is the support when you're first using the platform. They always reply straight away as you familiarise yourself with the app.
