ShopSynq AI is shop management software built for independent auto repair shops and marine service businesses. It covers repair orders, invoicing with built-in Stripe payments, time tracking, parts inventory, digital vehicle inspections with customer portal sharing, appointment scheduling, and automatic VIN decoding. A Specs & Labor tab provides built-in labor time estimates and torque specs. A dedicated Marine Edition supports vessel records with HIN tracking and engine hours instead of mileage. ShopSynq AI was built by Kian Dart-Snouffer, a flat rate technician who left salaried work to open his own shop, Liberty Garage Works, in Cardington, Ohio, and runs ShopSynq in that shop daily. New accounts get personal onboarding, including data migration and labor rate setup, directly from the founder. Pricing is flat and transparent with no per-user fees: Solo at $79/month, Shop at $149/month, Pro at $249/month, Solo Marine at $90/month, and Marina at $259/month for unlimited users. Annual billing saves 15%. A 7-day free trial is available on every plan.
