Sharp Pencil prepares quantity takeoffs for commercial low-slope roofing contractors: TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, built-up and mixed-system roofs. Send the plan set and specs and you get back a takeoff workbook covering roof areas by system, insulation and cover board, tapered areas, perimeter and corner zones, parapet wall area, edge metal and coping by type, drains, curbs and penetrations, plus an RFI register for anything the drawings leave unclear. Every quantity names the sheet it came from, so your estimator can check any number. Delivered within 48 hours once any questions we send are answered. Your first takeoff is free on a live bid. After that, $395 per single takeoff, or monthly plans: Shop 12 at $2,750, Shop 25 at $5,500, Shop 60 at $11,000. Commercial work only.
