Honestly, I was on the fence when it was the Go product although I was still chatting with the team in Helsinki and learning to appreciate how supportive they were. When Flex was released, it was a no brainer. I was already hugely impressed by and confident in the team behind the product and, with Flex, Sharetribe delivered the look/feel we needed to launch a product that had to help us "build trust through design". Sharetribe is very quick and easy to set up! The built-in features are really intuitive while still giving you enough flexibility to accommodate different use cases. I had a two-sided services marketplace place set up with LinkedIn sign in, custom profiles, payments, messaging, approval workflows, etc. all done within about a day just using the Go product. Most features come default on, and you can just turn off what you don't want - rather than a lot of no-code builders where you have to add every module or extension to get the features you want. The admin tools are also really great out of the box. Help docs and resources are quite robust, and up to date. really nice, clean UI.
