Great negotiations training - both content and delivery!

The content was very useful -- very specific behavioral tips to make the most out of negotiation opportunities and how to reach people to achieve more assertive outcomes. Their "prepare, probe, and propose" methodology for negotiation and the "build credibility, engage emotions, demonstrate logic, and facilitate action" process to influence others make a lot of sense, are practical and can easily be put into practice. The virtual facilitation was masterful, well-paced, and highly interactive.

In depth and thorough negotiation training

Shapiro's approach to teaching is by far the premium of all negotiation training courses that we have experienced. They use a unique and holistic approach that focuses heavily on the work that is delivered before, during, and even after the training with their top of the line reinforcement portal that makes sure that the methods that were taught and implemented correctly.
