Shaman makes digital content creation accessible to end-users, including those without a technical background. Its intuitive interface and integration with Veeva support the creation of AEs and CLM presentations in a connected workflow. Content reuse is a particular strength. Users can adapt existing materials rather than start from scratch, while templates help maintain consistency with brand guidelines. Strong onboarding and responsive support complement the platform, helping users get comfortable with its capabilities and resolve questions along the way.

Shaman is easy to learn also for non-technical persons. The tool offers the most important capabilities when creating digital marketing material such as Veeva Approved Emails and Closed Loop Marketing Presentations.<br><br>After an initial setup phase, the integration with Veeva PromoMats works flawlessly. Just be careful, when you apply changes on your PromoMats configuration and inform the Shaman team upfront. Changes are implemented really quickly.<br><br>The Shaman team is very supportive both in the pre-sales, but most importantly also in the after-sales phase. Shaman is really at the top when it comes to supporting their customers.<br><br>The in-application help, access to the support team via chat as well as the customer success manager are great. Any topic which cannot be resolved easily is handled professionally by the different support levels.<br><br>In addition, the team is also proactively helping us improve our configuration and usage.<br><br>When it comes to AI features, we are mainly using the localization function for promoting material re-use across our different markets. With a single click, an e-mail is ready for adaptation. That's perfect!<br><br>In the past 3 years, we never faced any issues with the availability of the platform.
