sfHawk is machine monitoring and smart factory software for manufacturers, built especially for machine shops. It connects CNCs, VMCs, HMCs, presses, PLC-based machines, robotic arms, gauges, CMMs, compressors and pumps, and captures utilization, downtime and production data in real time with no manual entry. Data is collected by the Vajra and Vajra Lite edge devices, which work with both modern and legacy machines over PLC, MTConnect, OPC UA, IO and Serial protocols, and store data locally so a connectivity drop never loses it. Real-time dashboards, configurable alerts, downtime and loss analysis, OEE monitoring and part and batch traceability help teams cut unplanned downtime and improve OEE. It integrates with ERP systems, and customers have reported OEE improvements of 8 to 20 percent within 3 to 6 months.
