Scoutworks is scout group management software for UK Scout groups and districts. One system covers every section in the group: members, badges, events, parent payments, accounting, Gift Aid, waiting lists, equipment, and trustee governance.
Leaders take attendance on their phones, even with no signal, using the Offline Attendance Register. They track badge progress and plan events. Parents get one portal for all their children: events, badge progress, contact and medical details, and payments by Direct Debit through GoCardless. Treasurers get an accounting ledger that payments post to automatically, bank feeds, budgets, restricted funds, and an HMRC-ready Gift Aid export. Trustees get governance tools. Districts get dashboards built from live group data.
Scoutworks is a progressive web app. It installs on any phone, tablet, or computer from the browser, with no app store. Groups moving from Online Scout Manager (OSM) can import members, badge records, waiting lists, and accounts.
Pricing is one flat fee for the whole group: £150 a year, VAT included, for unlimited sections and every feature, after a six-month free trial. Scoutworks adds no platform fee to parent payments.
