Sessy is member management software for sport and fitness businesses, including CrossFit and functional fitness boxes, personal trainers, yoga and pilates studios, group training, martial arts and dance schools, and racket sports clubs. Members, coaches and administrators share one branded app on iOS, Android and the web, with a member space and an admin space by role. Studios run recurring weekly schedules across unlimited locations, calendars and session types. Members book classes, use waitlists, buy single sessions and manage their own subscriptions (pause, upgrade, cancel, change payment details). Coaches work from a personal schedule with attendance, member tags and notifications. Built-in QR access control supports staffed and unattended 24/7 entrances. Payments run through Stripe (including iDEAL, card and SEPA direct debit) or via SEPA direct-debit export to the gym’s own bank. Reports cover member counts, inflow and outflow, occupancy and revenue. All features are included in one licence — no feature-gated packages. Pricing is a monthly fee per active member with graduated tiers; prices include VAT and there is no long-term contract. New customers get a 30-day free trial without a credit card, an Excel import for members and employees, and free personal help with setup and migration. Primary hosting is in the EU on Google Cloud / Firebase; the product is designed for GDPR with a published sub-processor list.
