Customers book a space, pay by card (Apple Pay and Google Pay), and reschedule or cancel themselves through a secure link — no account, no back-and-forth. It handles overbooking prevention, per-session capacity overrides, private hire, part-session pricing, waiting lists that auto-notify when a space opens, and automatic confirmations and reminders. Memberships, bundles, gift vouchers and per-guest waivers are built in, with a staff check-in page for arrivals. Free to set up — 0.5% per booking, capped £100/month.
