Servisator is a workshop management system built for independent car repair, tyre and vehicle air-conditioning shops in the Czech Republic. It covers the whole job from vehicle check-in to paid invoice: photo check-in with customer signature, VIN lookup in the Czech vehicle register, workshop board, parts stock with minimum-stock alerts and supplier orders, quotes approved online by the customer, invoices with QR payment and ISDOC export, and bank payment matching.
For A/C shops it keeps the refrigerant (F-gas) logbook under EU and Czech law, tracks refrigerant stock and technician certificates, and prepares the annual report for the Czech environment ministry (ISPOP).
Technicians use an Android app for jobs, photos, signatures and parts issue. The price does not depend on the number of users. Multi-branch and multi-company (several company IDs) setups are supported; data is hosted in the Czech Republic.
