Their prioritization methodology really helped us focus on using AI where it would take the business to the next level. Their rigorous approach to track department wise KPIs before and after AI deployment was invaluable. Engineering ended up on Claude Code and Cursor, product and design on Claude Cowork with Figma AI, and our content team stayed on ChatGPT because the team was familiar with it. The content team’s work was the biggest improvement for us. Rather than generic prompting advice, they understood how we build question banks with SME reviews and encoded that against our learning units.
