Service Plan Pro is recurring-revenue software for field service companies that sell maintenance plans, memberships and service agreements. Build the plan, send an enrolment link, take the digital signature, charge the card through your own Stripe account every month or year, and put the due visits on a schedule with a daily digest. Card customers are charged automatically. Invoice customers get a recurring invoice with a Pay Now link. When a payment fails, Stripe retries it and the member gets a reminder, so recovery does not depend on somebody remembering to chase. Members log into a self-service portal for their plan, perks, visits and billing. Owners get a live view of monthly recurring revenue, churn and the at-risk list. It runs on its own: import customers from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets and bill the same day. Optional connectors for ServiceM8 (client sync, job card when a visit is due) and QuickBooks Online (invoices, payments and payouts posted to your ledger).
