Sentsai is a free, read-only license audit for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. A Microsoft 365 administrator approves four read-only Microsoft Graph permissions once, and Sentsai scans the tenant and returns a costed, prioritized plan: licenses bought but never assigned, paid licenses on disabled accounts, accounts idle for months, products duplicated inside a bundle you already own, retiring SKUs, plan right-sizing, and group-based licensing errors. It also flags security gaps such as accounts with no MFA method, stale licensed guest accounts and too many Global Administrators, each tied to the named accounts affected. Nothing is installed and nothing in your tenant is changed. Sentsai never reads mailbox contents, files or chats. Every finding comes from a published rule with its threshold, listed at sentsai.com/how-it-works. The free scan shows your identified annual savings total. The itemized report, with every finding, the license-by-license table and PDF and CSV export, costs 5% of the identified annual savings (99 USD minimum) and starts a 12-month term. Later years are a flat annual price set by the number of accounts in your directory. Sentsai is also listed on Microsoft AppSource.
