CargoLens is a dock inspection app for warehouses, distribution centers, 3PLs and manufacturers that need proof of a load's condition at the door.
Receivers scan or type the BOL, take photos, and AI flags likely damage in the photo. The receiver confirms, signs and moves on. Clean loads are recorded in one tap, so throughput is not slowed down.
When there is damage, the receiver adds issue lines: SKU, batch, quantity, issue type and photos for each line, as many as one shipment needs. That turns damage into data a plant quality team can act on.
Managers get the Inbound Damage Report on the web: damage by plant, origin, carrier, site, SKU and batch, weekly rates, repeat offenders, and every load with its photos. A weekly plant report can be emailed automatically. Any inspection prints to a PDF claims packet with photos and signature, and everything exports to Excel or CSV.
Built for the floor: works offline and syncs when the connection returns, English and Spanish on the device, and unlimited users per site. Workflows are configurable for receiving, outbound and export loads, container inbound, yard checks and more.
Pricing is per site, not per user: $599 per site per month billed annually, with a free plan to try it and a paid 30-day pilot for larger operations.
