I like the user interface of Senteon System Hardening, which makes managing client devices much easier. I also appreciate how I can easily see when devices drift from recommended settings or when there's a global update needed. The staff has been wonderful, especially Amelia Chen, who has been a great help and a friendly face during the integration process. The speed of deployment is impressive; activating or disabling a device happens within seconds, which is great when something needs to be changed or fixed quickly. The quick disabling of an endpoint's Senteon allows users to work normally again if there were unforeseen blocks that occurred when Senteon was activated, without much delay, while issues are addressed.

It takes system settings that we would normally only be able to enforce through Intune and Group Policy and separates them from those broken Microsoft systems, making it easier for us to manage them and clearly see the status of each setting.

Senteon provides deep, policy-level visibility and granular control over system configurations that we hadn’t been able to achieve with other tools. It makes enforcing, auditing, and monitoring baselines straightforward across our client environments. The drift alerting has been especially valuable, helping us identify hidden child settings in Intune that were applied due to parent policies that had user impact. Senteon surfaced the issue immediately and helped us resolve it quickly. The ability to control settings down to the individual registry or policy object level is excellent, and we can tailor baselines per client or use case. Integration with our RMM was smooth, and the well-documented API makes automation and reporting easy. We’re also encouraged by their roadmap—it’s clear they’re innovating with MSPs in mind. On top of that, their support team is incredible—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with.
