SendSeven GmbH is a software company based in Augsburg, Germany. It builds SendSeven, a customer communication platform that unifies campaigns, conversations and AI automation across eight channels: WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, Messenger, live chat, Telegram and browser push. The company was founded in 2026 and is led by its three co-founders and managing directors: Boško Babović (CEO), Maximilian Tietz (CTO) and Kai Viertel (CMO). Between them they spent the previous decade building messaging and marketing technology at MessengerPeople, Sinch, Mapp and eCircle. SendSeven was written from scratch, is hosted primarily in the EU and is made for marketing and service teams that want professional tools without enterprise complexity, and for developers who want a documented API instead of integration work.
