What I like best about Sendivo is that it feels pretty straightforward compared to a lot of other SMS platforms we looked at. We mainly wanted something that could handle higher-volume SMS campaigns without making the whole setup unnecessarily complicated, and so far it has done that well. The pricing was also a big factor for us. It felt competitive, especially when you start looking at sending larger volumes, where small differences in cost can add up pretty quickly. Another thing I’ve liked is the support. Whenever we’ve had questions about setup or how something works, we’ve been able to get help quickly instead of waiting forever for a generic support response. Overall, I’d say the biggest positive is that it does what we need without feeling overly complicated. Once everything is set up, it’s easy to manage campaigns and keep track of what we’re doing.
