Sendehm is real estate email marketing software for realtors in Canada and the United States. Upload a listing, build a branded email campaign from it, and send it under your own name to verified real estate agents in the cities you choose. It is agent-to-agent listing exposure, not consumer drip marketing. Pricing is pay-as-you-go per campaign with no subscription, and every send requires your confirmation. Realtors start from a listing, pick a template, and edit any block of the email. Sendehm supplies the contact list: verified, currently active real estate agents, selectable by city, with live counts and an exact cost shown before anything is scheduled. There is no list to build, buy, or maintain, and no raw contact data ever changes hands. Campaigns send through dedicated infrastructure during local business hours on weekdays, capped at one campaign per contact per day per city. Every message carries the sender's own identity and a working unsubscribe, and is built for permission-appropriate professional outreach under CASL in Canada and CAN-SPAM in the United States.
