Senda is trade operations software for the teams that move cargo: importers, exporters, forwarders and distributors. We are starting with wood products and the Korea–US trade lane. Most small trade teams run on spreadsheets, email threads and shared drives: the order in one place, the invoice in an inbox, the tally sheet in a photo. Senda puts it on one record. What Senda does • Keeps customers, orders, shipments, containers, documents, comments and status history on one connected record. • Reads values out of the documents you already have (PDFs, scans, Word and Excel files, lumber tally sheets) and shows where each value came from, so your team reviews instead of retyping. • Checks the invoice, packing list, tally and bill of lading against each other before your broker files. • Estimates US import duty from the full Harmonized Tariff Schedule, pinned to a named revision, with Section 301, Section 232 and AD/CVD lines shown one by one and every line sourced. When it can't determine a rate, it says so instead of guessing. • Suggests HS codes from the official tariff nomenclature. It never invents one. • Looks up Korea Customs (UNI-PASS) clearance status next to the shipment. • Drafts a commercial invoice and a packing list from data you've already entered. • Connects to your systems through a read API, webhooks, SSO/SAML and an audit log. What Senda doesn't do Senda files nothing with any customs authority, and it doesn't replace your licensed customs broker. It organizes the record; your broker files it.
