Semuko is a wonderfully complete CRM already despite being a relatively new product. The founder's goal is to create the best system ever, but what truly sets Semuko apart is the rate of continued development and the founder's receptiveness and responsiveness to new ideas and requests. I asked about the possibility of integrating an external piece of software into Semuko. Less than 24 hours later, a working beta of the actual feature, not merely an integration method, had been added to my account. Absolutely phenomenal. Further, the developer cares about both the UI and the UX, which seems as if it should not be something rare, but it really is.
