Selva Boost is a cloud-based CRM for small and midsize businesses that sell and provide customer service through WhatsApp and other messaging channels. It is developed by Selva Ecomarketing (SELVA MARKETING SOSTENIBLE S.A.C.) in Lima, Peru, and is designed for Spanish-speaking businesses in Latin America.
The product combines contact management, a shared messaging inbox, sales pipelines, appointment scheduling, email marketing, landing pages and an AI assistant in a single web application.
Main features:
- Shared inbox: one WhatsApp number can be used by several team members at once, connected through the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) or by QR code. Instagram, Facebook Messenger and email conversations appear in the same inbox.
- CRM and pipelines: contacts and deals organized in pipelines by team or market, with a time limit per stage, automatic lead assignment and alerts when a deal stops moving.
- AI assistant: answers customer messages with the business's own information, qualifies leads, books appointments and hands the conversation to a person when needed. AI usage is covered by monthly credits included in each plan; a separate AI provider account is not required.
- Scheduling: booking pages with availability per team member, Google Calendar integration and automatic WhatsApp reminders.
- Email marketing: AI-assisted email builder, sequences that stop when the contact replies, A/B testing, email address verification and spam score checks.
- Forms and landing pages: AI-generated landing pages, forms and surveys that save each lead in the CRM with its source (UTM parameters or QR code), and server-side conversion events sent to Meta through the Conversions API.
- Social planner: scheduling of Facebook and Instagram posts, with a content calendar, media library, metrics and PDF reports.
Higher plans add WhatsApp template campaigns, agent shifts and queues, reports by sales rep, multi-brand accounts for agencies, and REST API and webhook access.
Optional AI agents are available as add-ons: B2B prospecting (company research, lead scoring and first emails that a sales rep approves before sending), monitoring of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Ads accounts with suggested changes, SEO opportunity reports, Amazon seller monitoring (sales, inventory and Buy Box), and daily alerts for Peruvian public procurement tenders.
Each account starts with an initial setup service, quoted separately, in which the Selva team connects the channels, imports contacts and configures pipelines, scheduling and the AI assistant. The interface is in Spanish, and support is provided in Spanish via WhatsApp during Lima business hours.
