Seclab Xport is a hardware device that provides electronic isolation of USB ports for OT and critical infrastructure environments. Based on patented Electronic AirGap technology, Xport physically sits between USB media and the host system, creating a complete break in the direct USB connection. The protected system sees Xport as a standard USB drive and only receives files that comply with the configured security policy. Xport blocks advanced USB-based threats including BadUSB and boot sector attacks through physical isolation rather than software detection. Security policies support direction control, file extension whitelisting, and cryptographic signature verification. When combined with sanitization stations, Xport ensures that only pre-analyzed and signed files reach the critical asset.
