Seayora is all-in-one property management software built so a management company does not have to run a stack. Listings and syndication, tenant screening, e-signed leases, rent collection with autopay, full double-entry accounting and owner statements, maintenance dispatch with an integrated contractor network, compliance tracking, and messaging with voice and video calling are one platform, not modules bought separately. Every part of it runs on a phone. The iOS and Android apps are the whole product — a technician closes a work order, an owner reads a statement and a manager approves an invoice from the same app, not from a cut-down companion. Rent processing is 1.5% for management companies and 2% for independent landlords. Contractors pay 4% on what they invoice. There are no brokerage fees and no per-seat licences.
