SeatReaper finds the licenses and seats MSPs keep paying for after a user leaves or a device stops checking in. It connects read-only to Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Pax8, Microsoft Partner Center and the RMM, backup, security, MFA and training tools MSPs already run, then lists each departed user or dead device once, with every system still billing for it, the evidence and the monthly cost from your own price book. You approve what goes and remove it in the vendor's console, or on Growth and up straight from SeatReaper. Savings count as verified only when the next sync shows the seat is gone. SeatReaper also lists Microsoft 365 renewals with licenses that could come off, makes client-ready waste and savings reports, and on Growth and Pro produces compliance evidence reports for HIPAA, CIS Controls, NIST SP 800-171 and cyber insurance questionnaires.
