DD Navigator is an AI-powered M&A due diligence platform that sits on top of an existing virtual data room and serves both sides of the deal. On the buy side, AI agents process data room documents against structured data request lists across corporate functional areas including financial, legal, HR, IT, commercial, and operations, then surface risks, issues, and cross-document anomalies, and draft investment-committee-ready memos. On the sell side, the same engine prepares a company for market: an exit-readiness command center, a weakness scorecard, buyer question coverage, disclosure schedule drafting, a buyer objection pre-brief, a retrade-risk map, and generation of a cited vendor due diligence report against the seller's engagement template. The platform scores risk by functional area and attaches sentence-level provenance and an authorship attestation appendix to every export. Deliverables export to PDF, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and route through a configurable multi-party sign-off matrix. Pricing is flat per deal or by annual firm subscription, with no per-page metering. DD Navigator complements virtual data rooms such as Datasite, Intralinks, iDeals, and Firmex rather than replacing them.
