Here at our Church, we made the switch from a manual Sign Board to a digital one and this made SUCH a difference in our communications! We are now able to easily inform our community of events and updates that are occurring, as well as make changes or troubleshoot the display remotely. The user interface is very easy to navigate, and the Dashboard will tell you display events (like if there are any panels out or whatnot) I am able to easily create playlists as well as schedule them to play at different points of the day. The software that is used to manage the display is web based, but one can also download an application to manage the displays! I highly recommend this solution to any business that has a lot of traffic passing by their location, as they will benefit greatly from how eye-catching the displays can be. For us, the up time is 99.999% and if we have issues (which we seldomly do), we are able to search through many guides on the ScreenHub Portal. If our answer is not there, Cirrus is able to support us by being available from Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Friday 8am-5pm EST to take our calls and emails.
