ScreenDub is an AI-powered tool that converts screen recordings and slide decks into narrated product demos, tutorials, and video documentation. Users record their screen in the browser (no extension or installation required) or upload existing files in MP4, WebM, MOV, PDF, or PowerPoint format. ScreenDub then detects each on-screen action, generates an editable step list with timestamps, writes a narration script, voices it with AI narration, and syncs the audio to the video. Each project exports as an MP4 video and a step-by-step PDF guide with screenshots.
Videos can be translated and re-narrated into more than 70 languages from a single source recording, including nine Indian languages such as Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, and Gujarati. Users retain full control of the script and can edit any line, reorder steps, choose from multiple voices and accents, or record narration in their own voice. The platform also converts PowerPoint presentations into voiced videos and dubs existing YouTube and TikTok content.
ScreenDub is used for product demos, customer onboarding, support responses, internal training, feature launch announcements, standard operating procedures, and course localization. Typical users include SaaS teams, customer support teams, solopreneurs, educators, and content creators.
Pricing is usage-based, billed by export minutes per month rather than per seat. A free plan includes 10 minutes of monthly export with a watermark; paid plans start at $14.99 per month and remove the watermark.
