ScopeGen is AI software for residential design-build firms, custom home builders, and remodeling contractors. A builder adds an architectural plan set as PDFs, from a device, Google Drive, Dropbox, or a shared link. ScopeGen reads every sheet and returns an itemized scope of work, organized by trade, with the plan pages each item came from. Quantities and costs stay editable line by line. Builders can use their own unit costs and labor rates or start from regional defaults. ScopeGen also lists the assumptions it made, so the builder can check them against the plans and site conditions before bidding. Pricing settings cover contingency, overhead, margin or markup, and tax, and can be saved as company defaults. A finished scope downloads as a PDF or CSV, copies as text, or goes out as a share link, and the cost workbook downloads as an Excel file for the team. Each project keeps its scope versions, and teammates can work from the same account.
