Domera is Swedish property management software for landlords, property managers and housing cooperatives (BRF). It creates rent notices with OCR references, matches payments against bank statements, sends reminders for overdue notices, and handles fault reports with an AI-suggested category, priority and owner. The maintenance plan and statutory inspections (OVK, energy declaration) are kept in one place, property history is built from uploaded documents, and contracts are signed digitally with end-date and notice-period tracking. The Copilot assistant proposes actions but never acts without confirmation. Available in Swedish, English and Spanish. From SEK 69 per let unit per month incl. VAT; empty units are free; no lock-in.
